Here at Premier Poultry we make premium chicken products from natural chicken breasts. Kiev’s stuffed with various fillings, flavoured and batter crumbed chicken and goujons. Our old CFS line needed replacing due to age and we decided to try the Hiwell machines that Thompson Food machinery supply. I have been in the food manufacturing business for a number of years and have experienced buying new machines at extortionate prices with and very expensive service. Thompson Food Machinery have supplied and installed a complete breading line at a fraction of the cost, without losing out on our quality. I find the line more cost efficient as we produce more product, achieve better batter coverage and crumb pick up. The machines are easier to clean and maintain and we also have peace of mind that we have service back up.I would not have any hesitation in recomending Thompson Food Machinery to anyone interested in purchasing their machinery
